Posizione ottima. Interni d'epoca ricercati con lavorazioni in legno d' effetto. Ristorante ottimo. Colazione discreta. Abbiamo richiesto una stanza tranquilla e siamo stati accontentati con una stanza interna e al terzo piano. Purtroppo priva di aria condizionata, al piano sottotetto molto calda e il ventilatore che gentilmente ci è stato prestato non è stato sufficiente a placare questo caldo e ci ha costretto ad aprire la finestra e a sentite tutti i rumori che provenivano dalla strada. Data l allerta meteo preannunciata abbiamo sperato che piovesse, per poter dormire meglio: cosa successa solo l ultimo giorno.

L'edificio che ospita l'hotel è stupendo, non convenzionale! La scala interna, i saloni con le grandi finestre che danno sulla piazza antistante, le graziose salette più piccole, compresa quella adibita a piccolo "bar", ne fanno un hotel molto bello. Posizionato in pieno centro, ti puoi scordare la macchina e girare comodamente a piedi per lo splendido paese di Cavalese. I proprietari e tutto il personale sono stati estremamente gentili e disponibili! Sono stato trattato da signore!!! E poi ottima la cucina e la scelta dei vini! Una vera "chicca" la merenda del pomeriggio con dolcetti vari, succhi di frutta e vin brulè!

L'hotel Exelsior si presenta come una prestigiosa dimora storica ricca di fascino e di eleganza nel centro storico di Cavalese: un'oasi di pace scandita dall'armonia del paesaggio e dalla poesia degli ambienti. La Signora Francesca vi accompagnerà alla scoperta delle caratteristiche camere alpine dotate di ogni confort, della sauna e del bagno turco nell'oasi benessere dove troverete anche un'esperta massaggiatrice. La sera si abbassano le luci e si accendono le candele. Nell'accogliente sala da pranzo il metre Andrea saprà occuparsi di voi con professionalità e cordialità; vi consiglierà i piatti della tradizione preparati con arte e passione dallo chef Stefano che riuscirà a conquistare i vostri sensi più raffinati. Io avevo prenotato per due giorni ma alla fine ci sono rimasta 2 settimane, anche perché ho trovato una fantastica sorpresa: tutti i piatti, dall'antipasto al dolce, sono anche senza glutine!
