It has a south-west facing position and was partly renovated in 2020 with beautiful furnishings. The living room features a TV (flat screen), CD-player, DVD, and fan, leading to a terrace outside. The open kitchen is equipped with two ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, grill, electric coffee machine, and Capsules for the coffee machine (Senseo) are provided. There is also a bathroom and a separate WC on this floor. Upstairs, accessed by a steep stair, you'll find one room with a French bed (140 cm, length 190 cm) and another room with two beds (80 cm, length 190 cm), both equipped with fans.

The property comes fully equipped with various amenities to ensure a comfortable vacation stay. These include a washing machine, iron, hair dryer, and free WiFi internet access.
