"Chambre annulée sur place alors que payée. Très mauvais accueil. Surbooking pour atterrir à 2kms… un Mercure… attention de ne pas confondre Surbooking et Dol. Une fois arrivé au Mercure 4*… Télévision qui ne fonctionne pas, plus de place sur le parking à 20:30, pas de gel douche dans la SDB… pour un surclassement en 4 étoiles… c’est limite… très limite. Il faudrait penser à se poser les bonnes questions. Personnellement je ne me les pose plus concernant ces deux établissements ; a fuir, next....

"No dinner service because it was a weekend. Came down for breakfast around 7:30-8:00 and every table had dirty dishes on it, while staff were just hanging out at the front desk. I had to bus a table myself then scramble around looking for clean dishes to eat on. Noticed staff pointing at me and talking about me rather than helping me. Worst service I had my entire 3 week trip to 3 countries."

"Patrick and Christoph were very welcoming and helped with our luggage to our second floor room . The room was very comfortable with efficient air conditioning especially as it was in a Canacule . It was wonderfully pdecorated with old and new French pieces . Breakfast on the terrace was fresh and delicious. Our time in the piscine was so relaxing and so appreciated on the three very hot days we spent at Domaine de Le Parc . The house and the large garden was truly a haven for us as we attended a wedding at Le Castelet winery about ten minutes away . You won’t be disappointed with a night or two or more at this oasis in Labruguiere."
