"The room was large and well appointed. The amenities looked new and fresh. The restaurant provided a good variety at a reasonable cost. Staff were helpful and friendly. Parking was easy and close."

"The hosts were lovely. Clean, safe, comfortable, good common area includes fridge, glasses, plates & cutlery. Delicious breakfasts with a view of the colourful boat harbour. The pub in Mousehole (5 min walk) was good. Parking is a short distance away but make sure you have cell / text service to use the parking app in case the only machine in the lot isn't working as the next lot is 2 miles away! Would stay here again!!!"

"Such a wonderful property, and the rooms are so very clean and comfortable. We slept so well, and were treated quite nicely. Kate is such a lovely host, and her brekkie is top-notch. We enjoyed chatting with her as we ate, and found her delightful and helpful. The farm setting is so peaceful (for us guest that is, a lot of hard work for owners), and the location is great for visiting the Lizard and other places around south Cornwall. Thank you much for such a great stay!"

"The cabin i stayed in was as good as new.wonderfully smiley cleaner. Very helpful staff. Made an effort for me. I only stayed for 1 night so it worked perfectly for me. Convenient bus stop. Big carpark, large family orientated garden. Practical. As u would expect from urban setting not the most beautiful."

We didn’t! We followed the sites postcode directions which aren’t specific enough. "When booked it says take blanket&pillow case?no need bedding is included.. Shared bathroom clean&tidy. After 10.30 gets really loud with jukebox,on a main road..if you a light sleeper this is no good.but i enjoyed my stay it was for one night..breakfast was excellent! Cereals toast and a full English was excellent for my journey I would definitely stay again if was down that end..very impressive. "
