Outside, the villa offers a large wooden BBQ grill and a 7-metre-long marble table, perfect for al fresco dining. There is also a wood-fired pizza oven for preparing delicious pizzas and a gas stove.

There is another apartment in the holiday home, which is occasionally occupied by the landlord himself.
