Concierge arranged transportation to the airport for us and even arranged for a boxed breakfast since we left for the airport early. The room was very spacious and luxurious. "Excellent place to stay the night before our flight home from our Italian girls trip! The staff was most helpful and arranged private transport to the airport at 4:00 am. The room was large, the bed was comfortable and the ac worked well. This hotel was very cute and we would definitely stay there again if in Naples. "Loved this old building and stayed in two different rooms- the suite was fantastic. Perfectly located, although the bars below were rather lively during the World Cup. The staff couldn’t be more helpful. Ideal for the old town, and the Metro is on the square, right in front of the Hotel. It is in a hidden courtyard on a street with no traffic allowed and there is a very small sign that is not visible from the street. It was frustrating to find it."

"The room itself was beautiful and cleaned, but the building entrance in order to get to the room was complicated- Elevator is tiny. One of the days the building lost power, so we had to wait outside until someone could come to open the main entrance. I have 2 little kids, so it was a scary moment, but other than that, once in the room, everything was fine."
