This superbly well maintained villa is situated in a pine forest. A beautiful quiet location near to the picturesque town of Tibi and only 10 minutes away from Castalla with many shops and
bars.

The villa has 3 well laid out bedrooms, the master bedroom has a stunning king size bed, you have another room with a double bed and the third has 2 single beds. You will not be fighting over
bathrooms in the villa as you have an en-suite and a family sized bathroom for use. The lounge is well laid out with a TV with UK channels and a DVD player with enough
seating for all 6 guests.

The Kitchen in the villa has everything you need to create a perfect al fresco meal for eating out on the patio. You have a large fridge and freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and cooker as well as enough
crockery for all guests. You also have a washing machine for your use.

The private garden is well maintained and is a lovely place to spend your evenings sitting out and using the pool and the sun beds. There is also a BBQ so you can really spend your whole day
in the garden enjoying the views of the mountains nearby.

You also have private parking and the option of street parking if you wish.

The town of Ibi, 15 minutes away, is the place for more bars and great restaurants. You can visit the local bar and restaurant, ‘Las Gemelas’ just 5 minutes walk away, popular with
the Spanish, English and Dutch where all are made welcome. 8 minutes away by car is the fabulous tapas restaurant Casa del Mundo surrounded by great views. As the name suggests,
you can order dishes from all over the world.

The vibrant city of Alicante, the sandy beaches of San Juan and El Campello and Alicante airport are all 25 minutes away. Benidorm is further up the coast where there’s a large water
park, a zoo and Mundomar for a fabulous dolphin show. Other attractions within easy reach are Valencia, the Aitana Safari Park and ahHalf an hour drive will take you to ‘La Escondida’
Hotel and Restaurant offering amazing food and views but book your table to avoid disappointment. Owned by Terry Venables, who is often around to have a chat.

The villa location has great walks in the surrounding area with mountain views of the Sierra de Maigmo and la Penya Roca, the red mountain. Horse riding is also available within a 10
minute drive. Staying at Pinada del Rio offers a very cost effective holiday compared to the coast, which can also be enjoyed only 25 minutes away.
