The owner was very helpful in responding to us. We enjoyed the quiet location where we could relax and do laundry when we weren't spending time with our friends nearby. We did bring our own toilet paper to supplement what was left in the house and we paid a bit extra to have bedding and towels provided. All in all, it was a very desirable location. Our children liked the proximity to a beach and the nearby market.

Wir hatten die Unterkunft gebucht, um in der Nähe unserer Freunde zu sein, die selbst in der großen Ferienanlage ein Haus besitzen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr einfach, aber zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Es ist (fast) alles vorhanden. Manko: Die Klimaanlage befindet sich nur im Erdgeschoss. Im Obergeschoss gibt es ein mobiles Gerät, das extrem laut und wenig effektiv ist. Aufgrund der hohen Temperaturen im August konnten wir die oberen Schlafzimmer deshalb leider nicht nutzen. Auf Nachfrage bot der Vermieter uns jedoch an, ein Klimagerät einzubauen. Für den Self-Check-in hätten wir uns mehr Informationen gewünscht.

In diesem Haus haben wir den allerschönsten Urlaub verbracht. Eine gute Grundausstattung ist bereits vorhanden. Die Zimmer sind mit Bett, Schrank, Nachttisch und Stuhl ausgestattet. Alles war sauber und gepflegt .Auf Wunsch gibt es auch Bettwäsche zu mieten. Luigi hat das Haus sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. Auf der Terrasse kann man morgens wunderbar den ersten Kaffee und einen Blick auf die Berge genießen. Abends lässt sich dort auch sehr gut der Tag ausklingen. Die Anlage ist total gepflegt und wurde täglich bewässert und sauber gehalten. Im Garten befindet sich eine Dusche, nach dem Strandbesuch eine wahre Wohltat. Zum Haus gehört ein überdachter Parkplatz. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in der Anlage, aber wir sind immer zu Ipercoop in Corigliano gefahren. Tolle Restaurants gibt es etliche in der Nähe aber auch in den Bergen 🤗 Der Strand ist frei zugänglich und nur 3 Autominuten entfernt. Zu empfehlen ist der Strand in Villapiana, allerdings überwiegend kostenpflichtig. Alles in allem war der Aufenthalt wunderschön und man kam abends gern "nach Hause". Vielen Dank an Luigi für diesen tollen Aufenthalt in deinem Ferienhaus. Wenn alles klappt würden wir nächsten Sommer sehr gern wiederkommen.

Soggiorno positivo, casa ben tenuta. Solamente la doccia è un po' carente in quanto la tendina non è molto comoda e il bagno tende ad allargarsi. Per il resto tutto bene!

La maison est très bien située, agréable et le confort est correct, par contre la climatisation est absente dans les chambres et le voisinage bruyant, sinon ce serait parfait. le site est magnifique, dommage qu'il n'y est pas d'activités, on a l'impression que le site est laissé à l'abandon alors que l'on pourrais faire tellement de choses, et il n'y a plus de piscines ???? Par contre la mer est superbe, 20 a 25 mn a pied, 10 minutes en petit train et 10 minutes en bateau qui vient vous récupérer juste derrière la maison. Le propriétaire est agréable et sympa

War ganz ok für 2 Wochen. Luigi war immer gleich vor Ort bei Fragen. Ruhige Lage. Fast keine Restaurants in der Umgebung. Meer mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar und sehr sauber. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Anlage nicht sehr viel.

non conoscevo il complesso "Laghi di Sibari", e post soggiorno posso dire che mi è piaciuto molto. Abbiamo soggiornato per due settimane con la mia famiglia e siamo stati in tranquillità come volevamo. La zona è prettamente adatta a famiglie, pochi "svaghi" sono a disposizione sia dentro il complesso che subito nelle vicinanze. La casa è molto bella e funzionale, peccato solo per il bagno un pò piccolino e con una doccia non comodissima (c'è però la doccia esterna nel giardino della casa che compensa molto bene). Luigi, il proprietario, molto gentile e discreto e cmq sempre pronto a rispondere ad ogni richiesta di supporto. Per arrivare alla spiaggia a piedi è una bella camminata, in bicicletta in 5 minuti si arriva senza problemi. Noi, avendo due bimbi piccoli, ci siamo sempre mossi in macchina ed in 2 minuti eravamo li. Non abbiamo mai avuto problemi di parcheggio ma abbiamo soggiornato le prime due settimane di settembre quindi non saprei dire per gli altri mesi. La spiaggia è molto ampia ed è di sabbia, con ciottolini un pò più grandi verso la riva. Ci sono 3 stabilimenti in cui è possibile affittare ombrelloni e lettini e c'è anche un tratto molto ampio di spiaggia libera da poter utilizzare. C'è un comodo centro commerciale a 10 minuti di distanza in cui c'è un ipermercato molto fornito per fare la spesa. Comodo anche il piccolo supermercato all'interno del complesso ma un pò caro.. inoltre subito fuori il complesso c'è una piccolissima zona commerciale, in cui purtroppo molti dei negozi sono chiusi, ma c'è una pizzeria da cui volendo è possibile ordinare a portar via pizze e panini. Sarebbe da potenziare maggiormente il comprensorio, perchè è un pò lasciato andare ed è un vero peccato.

Pomimo tego, że ta enklawa ma lata świetności za sobą to dom i otoczenie pozwala na fajny i bezpieczny wypoczynek. Kontakt z włascicielem bardzo dobry. Polecam!

Una villetta carina, con tutti i conforto. Il proprietario molto gentile. Il mare splendido, la spiaggia bella. Settembre il periodo più adatto.

Siamo stati benissimo , il parcheggio privato e il giardino della casa hanno reso il tutto più piacevole. Peccato che la zona ha molto potenziale ed è poco sfruttata.

La casa è molto carina e inserita in un bel contesto. Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo trascorso una vacanza tranquilla e piacevole. Come già segnalato al proprietario, servirebbe l'aria condizionata anche nelle camere. Il sig. Luigi è stato molto disponibile e premuroso.

Das Haus war sauber und ordentlich, in einigen Bereichen etwas antiquiert. Luigi war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Bei Problemen kümmerte er sich sofort. Wir hatten hier einen schönen Osterurlaub 2019.

Das Ferienhaus liegt in einer ruhigen Anlage, mit nur wenige Meter zum Strand und verfügt über eine umfangreiche und zweckmäßige Ausstattung. Luigi, der Vermieter kümmert sich, kümmert sich sofort um jede Angelegenheit (leere Gasflasche, defekte Waschmaschine). Für jeden der einen ruhigen und entspannten Urlaub verbringen möchte ist dieses Haus perfekt.

A fine agosto ho soggiornato per 8 giorni in questo appartamento con una mia amica e le nostre 3 figlie. Ottima la posizione, in mezzo ai laghi di Sibari e vicinissima alla costa ionica (500 mt in linea d'aria). Il complesso residenziale e' dotato di tutti i confort: supermercato, bar, tabacchi ecc ecc. In appena 1 ora di macchina si raggiunge la costa tirrenica e si possono fare escursioni e trekking perché vicino al parco del Pollino. Ideale per una tranquilla settimana di relax. L'appartamento e' grazioso ed il proprietario e' disponibile e molto gentile. Consiglio vivamente. Carina anche Marina di Sibari, a soli 5 minuti di auto.
