"Stayed here last minute before leaving Milan and so glad we did. In a quiet area of town, perfect for our family of 4 and easily accessible by highway. Rooms were super spacious for us, hotel was spotless, and the gym and breakfast areas were much better than expected. 5 stars all around!"

The biggest advantage is the location — it is just one minute away from the train station, with easy connections to Milan Central, making travel very convenient. "A last minute booking and the hotel was fine, lovely big rooms and bathrooms. Breakfast was included as was free transfer to the airport. Probably a bit dated but absolutely did what it said on the tin. Was quite a drive from Milan centre so about €30 by local taxi"

"This is the worse Novotel I've ever stayed at. The location was in a bad area with a lot of trash outside of the parking lot. There are insects everywhere in the hotel and flies in the room. We were in floor 1 room 123. When we first checked our room, we noticed the red sheet had dead bugs in it and there were makeup stains. We told check in people and they sent up someone to change the sheets but while he was changing it he kept complaining that he put new sheets initially and he didn't know...

"Room was lovely and the included breakfast was a nice touch. Hotel was very clean and in a good location for seeing the sights of Milan. My only complaint is we waited 45 minutes after our check in time to be able to access our room and it messed up the tours we had planned for the day."
