"The property was amazing! Very comfortable accommodating everything you needed. The biggest surprise is how wonderful the grounds were. There was a Koi fish pond, an outdoor kitchen, a fire pit and hammock didn't get to enjoy it as much as I'd like to but I will add an extra day next time to do that A very wonderful Host, Kimberlie was amazing, very responsive, great instructions Anytime I need to go to Las Animas again, I hope this property is available because that's where I'm staying"

"Stayed a week while visiting family. The place easily accommodated three adults. It is located in a very quiet farm community that’s near everything. The owner was very easy to contact when I couldn’t figure out how to lock the automatic door lock. Very friendly and helpful.I would highly recommend this location! Clean, comfortable, quiet, and as described."

"This was a good location to stop for a night, this was just the first leg of a bit longer trip. The home had plenty of space and had everything needed in the kitchen, as well as plenty of shampoo, body wash, and towels in the bathroom. It was unseasonably warm and humid in the area during my trip and while there is a window air conditioner that Maya had turned on for us before we arrived, it was still a bit warm in the home. The town was walkable and while there wasn’t too much to explore it was a very atmospheric place to walk around, especially at dusk. There was a permanent taco truck just a few blocks walk from the home that is worth a try. The coffee shop downtown was excellent, with pastries that I still think about. Though I only stayed for one night, I could see staying here just to relax and regroup for a longer period of time. Fenced front and back yard were perfect for my dogs, and I loved sitting on the front porch with coffee and a book in the morning while the dogs safely sniffed around and kept themselves occupied without bugging me or me worried about them running off. Maya’s communication was perfect and I could tell our comfort during our stay was important to her. All in all I was happy with this quick stay and would stay here again."

"Kimberlie was an excellent host! She communicated very well and checked in from time to time to see if I needed anything. The studio suite and covered patio lounge were great for enjoying quiet evenings in. I loved staying here and would absolutely stay here again."
