Apparently there was an issue with the systems being used. I was given a key card for a room that was already occupied. Then someone else was given a key card for our room in the middle of the night. It was rather uncomfortable due to the circumstances. It was explained the next morning its due to a change over in systems from Wyndham to the new owners. But still please do better for future customers. Also the first receptionist looked rather ate up and twitchy. Made me wonder where I chose to stay.
