They do false advertising because there is no working pool nor do they include breakfast only coffee. And expect front desk to knock on your door at 10:30pm to verify if you paid for the room and a follow up knock at 11pm. We were supposed to stay 2 nights but felt so unsafe especially with our 13 yr old daughter we left in the morning. My family will never stay at a Red Roof Inn ever again especially after reading all the reports on. BBB site and it seems to be a common theme in many different locations. And their relations department doesn’t care. If I could post the pictures I would. "

"Yes breakfast was fine but pool was slimy unable to use it pool closes at 9 at night so many kids were in it that by time they cleared out water was slimy and couldnt use pool that was only reason i. Chose stay there i could went anywhere without pool"

"For the most part things were great. I did have an issue with the water being shut off while I was getting a shower in the morning. Parking was completely full and I had to park across the street by Starbucks. And there wasn’t enough table seating at breakfast. The options were either a large high top or couch level. So, either put little kids on awkward tall chairs or adults hunch over to eat their food at a coffee table. "

"Got woke up by 2 roaches crawling on my face the second day of my stay, Never again choosing the cheapest hotel around. tv cut in and out. Stairs in poor repair. Heating/ac had no wording on it( cool/heat) full outside trash cans."

"Very outdated and DIRTY. If you want bedbugs and roaches, by all means stay here. Lots of houseless people that also do not deserve to live in those conditions. No elevator just a disgusting stairwell and the walls are paper thin. I could hear everyone as I passed by their rooms and dogs barking. Requested another room and it was worse than the first. Trash behind the bed and dirty sheets. Again, NO ONE deserves to stay in those conditions. Including addicts and houseless that have no choice but to stay here. There was also a pet weight limit on the website but that is not their policy. I was told the opposite when I got there and had paid to keep my larger dog elsewhere for our stay. Very disappointed with our time. Requested a refund and didn’t not stay longer than five minutes. The receptionist was confused and quite frankly, annoyed. 0/10 would not recommend. "

"We were traveling with our dog and couldn’t have asked for a nicer or cleaner room. The staff was amazing and happily gave pets to our dog. We will be back."
