"I would give the overall rating very good. The room was very spacious. The pool area definitely needs some work. Broken pieces of trim and flooring. Staff was fine, stayed here to ride the ATV trails. I will say it was very convenient and plenty of parking."
RiverWalk Resort at Loon Mountain

"Our stay at RiverWalk really exceeded my expectations. We arrived early before a room was available but the front desk took down my number and actually called me when the room was ready(still well before check-in time) which has become a rarity these days. We had a one bedroom suite which was large and clean. The king bed was extremely comfortable. There was a balcony with chairs and a small table with a view of the mountains. The entire suite was cleaned each day. Theer were indoor and outdoor hot tubs and a heated pool which were all clean and well-maintained. We will definitely look to stay here again next time we're in the area."

"Stayed in one of the suites. Was great for the family. We all enjoyed the use of the hot tubs and heated pool and appreciated the pool towels. Hotel restaurant wasn't open due to renovations, but they did have pastries and coffee out in the lobby which was a nice touch. All of the staff were very helpful and pleasant. Would stay again."

"Everything was perfect except for the breakfast: we went there at 8am and there’s no more coffee or eggs left and the lady in charge said they had no more. But other than that we enjoyed our stay."
