The comfortably furnished vacation home is located on the edge of the forest of the Müritz National Park. (It stands on a 320 square meter separately demarcated property with its own car driveway). The bathing lake is 1000 m away. Equipped with living room (sitting area, fireplace, flat screen TV, radio, telephone WLAN); bedroom via stairs (double bed, single bed); kitchenette (electric hob, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, various kitchen appliances); shower/WC on the first floor; guest WC on the upper floor; central heating. There is a furnished terrace and a storage area with barbecue and 3 bicycles. Game viewing from the terrace possible if you are lucky. The total price includes bed linen, final cleaning, energy and water. Towels must be brought along.

Carpin is a village between the residential town of Neustrelitz and the town of Woldegk, in the middle of the Mecklenburg Lake District, directly on the B198. There are many lakes around the village with beautiful bathing spots and good fishing opportunities. Carpin is a gateway to the Müritz National Park. Guided tours and hikes are possible there. There is also a restaurant directly in the village, 700 m from the vacation home. Neustrelitz is around 12 kilometers away and the spa town of Feldberg is around 14 kilometers away. There are numerous boat and bike rentals there. In Neustrelitz you can experience culture and architecture with the historic castle park, the Louisentempel, the castle church or the newly designed market square. There are numerous shopping opportunities and restaurants in both towns.
