An absolutely beautiful home -- clean and spacious with beautiful views. Very nice hosts with great knowledge of the area and its history. Breakfast was fabulous and plentiful. We would definitely stay again.

This was the perfect place for us to stay while taking in the sites and enjoying in the activities of the Kona/Captain Cook area! The bed was very comfortable, everything was spotless, and the hosts were gracious. We greeted the sun every morning on the lanai with fresh coffee and a yummy breakfast--the passion fruit butter was my favorite! If you are looking for a place a little off the beaten track, this is the place for you!

Very nice place to stay. We have never been to Hawaii before and this was our first trip there. Room was extremely comfortable, breakfast was amazing. Host was very nice and accommodating. I highly recommend staying here. The view is impeccable, it is a bit a way from everything but so worth it. I will definitely stay here again.

Great location! Close to the best snorkeling places. My favorite was Two Steps beach 10-15 mins drive from the property. Can highly recommend morning hours snorkeling there. Fantastic view of the captain Cook bay from the property.

I've travelled a lot over the last 4 decades and Kona Palace has the best view of any property I've stayed in. It is cozy and secluded and it was amazing just to sit on the patio and watch the sun come up from the side of a mountain! The surrounding foliage is beautiful and the accomodations are comfortable. The cherry on top was finding we had a hot tub!
