It was just my daughter and me on this trip, and the staff at Palazzo M Capri made us feel so welcomed and taken care of from start to finish. Their hospitality was truly exceptional, and they went above and beyond to make our stay special. Our room with the private jacuzzi was absolutely amazing, beautiful, comfortable, and the perfect place to relax after exploring Capri. The location couldn’t have been better, with everything just a short walk away, including restaurants, shopping, and all the charm Capri has to offer. Traveling alone with my daughter, I especially appreciated how attentive and kind everyone was to both of us. We made such beautiful memories here and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel and couldn’t recommend it more highly. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The location was convenient, the amenities were excellent, and every detail made the experience feel special. The service truly went above and beyond, and I felt valued throughout my visit. I would happily stay here again and will be recommending it to friends and family.

This place is amazing, right in the center of Capri center. The room was beyond our expectations with amazing views and terrace. The hot tub was amazing. Make sure you set the temperature high when you get there as it takes awhile to heat. The only amenity that did work was the Sonos speaker. Our breakfast was delayed on our morning departure but they gave it to us for free, which was so nice.

Hotel was in the heart of Capri Town, great spot with many shops and restaurants within a few minutes walk. Also taxi and bus service was very close which made exploring further parts of the island easier. Staff was very professional, friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend to stay at this property!

The Pallazo M Capri was amazing modern hotel with perfect 100% newly redecorated rooms and staff was 100% amazing. The rooms are super modern and location is perfect. The rooms are a little hard white on white and hard floors and echos but super richly modern decorated. We would stay here 100% - the food was amazing and they cater to your every need. The transportation fees are exp. Just take Taxi right outside and save money. This is not a place if you want older nostalgic Italy with warm rooms. This is an ultra modern setup and great views and service to enjoy Capri. If you didn't get modern from this review you missed something.

I was so happy i booked M palazzo capri hotel. in general, we like stay at hotels such as Four Seasons, Edition Hotel, Ritz Carlton. When I arrived at hotel it exceeded my expectations. The rooms were brand new suites and the hotel lounge is quality. The 5 star breakfast every morning was brought to the room was fantastic and presented beautiful. The location of hotel is 1 minute walk to taxi stand and cable car. It’s a 4 minute walk to quisisanna which is exactly what I wanted. I look forward to stay with you again soon.

The room was immaculate, brand new, clean, and amazing view of the sea on my private patio. There were complimentary refreshments in the fridge stocked daily. The staff are amazing, kind and helped me feel confident in eating and ordering food at their restaurant due to my peanut and nut allergy. The hotel was central to the piazza shopping center area and to the train that takes you to the marina. The only downside was that there was no pool, if that is something you wish to enjoy during the hot summer months. Would come stay here again! Thank you so much for your care and attention!

We celebrated our wedding anniversary at the Palazzo M Capri and had the most amazing huge room with a wraparound patio and ocean view! The interior design of this hotel is classy and gorgeous. From the minute we arrived, we had excellent customer service from everyone who worked there and we were treated so well. We also loved our dinner ordered to the room and it was honestly our best meal we had in Italy. The location is perfect and walking distance to all of the shops and restaurants. We will definitely stay there again on our next visit to Capri.

This place nails everything you could possibly want in a hotel. The location is amazing, the staff makes you feel like a VIP from the moment you walk in, and the view? Forget about it. Some of the best food I’ve had is two doors down, and the shopping options right outside the front door are endless.

Palazzo M Capri was one of our favorite hotels during our Italy trip. The view from our room is something I will honestly never forget—absolutely breathtaking. Our room with the private hot tub was just WOW. Sitting there, relaxing and taking in the views of Capri, was such a special experience. The location could not be better. The hotel is right in the heart of Capri, just steps from the main square, restaurants, cafés, shopping, and everything you want to explore. We loved being able to walk out of the hotel and immediately be in the middle of everything, while still having such a peaceful and beautiful place to come back to. The hotel itself was beautiful, stylish, and very comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. They were always happy to assist with anything we needed and made us feel very well taken care of. Between the incredible views, our beautiful room and hot tub, the perfect location, and the wonderful staff, we honestly couldn't have asked for more. We absolutely loved Palazzo M Capri and would stay here again without hesitation. Capri was one of our favorite places in Italy, and this hotel made the experience even more unforgettable.
