"This property had only one review by the time we booked it. We took the risk of reserving it and it ended up being the BEST choice ever for our 3 nights at Capri. Giada (host) was very responsive even weeks before our trip. Getting to the residence was a bit tricky but Giada provides a very helpful well-organized Google document with a video link on how to get there. "If you're looking for one of the best views in Capri, this hotel is an excellent choice. Unfortunately, the service did not match the beautiful location. The cups in the minibar were not clean and the toilet paper wasn't replaced until we specifically asked for it, which is a basic standard I would expect from a hotel of this level. "This hotel is absolutely gorgeous. And the staff went above and beyond during our stay. Beautiful property overlooking the cliff right on the ocean. Breakfast was amazing. The room was not that comfortable. Beautiful, but not comfortable. The shower did not have a way to stop the water from leaking out, so every shower ended with water all over the bathroom floor. The room was very very tight and small. We prefer a little more space to be able to put our suitcases. We stayed here 3 nights....
