"It was very inconvenient to get to the hotel because cars couldn’t get there being very narrow with the road. Reception was excellent, the room was very spacious. The shower was weak. The worst was the breakfast was one of the worst I’ve ever experienced. The hard boiled eggs were cold, taken out of the freezer and 2-3 days old where the yolks were very dark green. Yuck. All the pastries and pound cakes were not fresh and hard. Nothing is fresh and they charge you for the juices. Bad experience....

"This is a gorgeous place to relax: amazing views, great food, luxurious spa, inviting pools. Also close to Orvieto and snd Bsgnoregio, if you can tear yourself away. We couldn’t, so we simply stayed here and relaxed and enjoyed!"

"The initial communication from the host was good and a late check-in service was provided. I could give a five star review if a correct reserved room was provided. We booked a large room for a family of 4. However an attic room for 2 persons (only have one bed) was provided. It's too late, unable to contact the host to make a change."

"Our train was late and the front desk staff, Alessia stayed late just to let us check in. It was very kind and went above and beyond! She also arranged transport from train to hotel which was super helpful due to the train’s late arrival. The breakfast was also very good with some hot selections and cold and fresh fruit. The room was very clean and well maintained with good air conditioning during the hot weather. Overall, I would strongly recommend this hotel which had great walking access...

Hotel is slightly out of the way , but practically minutes away from center . The continental breakfast was nice. Service was great ."

Well appointed, spacious room with a super comfy bed and pillows, kettle, large bathroom and picturesque views from the window. A delicious breakfast with house made coffee and the host, Helena, really goes the extra mile to make sure you have everything to make your stay comfortable. Highly recommend."

"My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon. We loved the property grounds and the view of Orvieto. The staff were welcoming and super helpful. During our stay the wifi was not good and hardly accessible, which was frustrating. The posting lists laundry facilities, which we assumed was accessible for guests to use on property, however, it was a service in which we gave our laundry to be cleaned and then ended up paying 25 euros and took over 36 hours to be returned. The pool was amazing and...

"This place is an absolute gem and Pitigliano is so worth visiting. We stayed there for only one night on our trip through Tuscany but wished we planned for a longer time. Everything was clean, the owners were so friendly, and breakfast was outstanding. We will come back for sure and can highly recommend this place to everybody - but for sure with small children in the room (the bunk-bed received a 10/10 from my girls)."
