Read before booking

Booked superior room with walk in shower,given standard complained and had another room second floor 40 stairs no lift.landing carpet threadbare in placestoilet flush ,seat broken.First day no bed made or clean towels, Second day bed made one hand & one bath towel for two people.Toilet roll ran out and replaced with half used roll.4 parking places for whole hotel.some of which were used by staff.Breakfast very limitedTables not cleaned and food not topped up always having to ask for something When it came to paying the bill they tried to charge us for parking and local taxes, showed the booking form and they made adjustments.

SURTOUT ne prenez pas le petit déjeuner à 14€/personne sauf si vous aimer les risques (salle avec les volets fermés,machines à jus de fruits et café ne fonctionnant pas ou peu) Nous étions chambre 7 , plafond de la salle de bain avec moisissures Dommage car l’endroit style hacienda mexiquaine pourrait être sympa

Arrivé à 15h00 nous trouvons porte close malgré une réception à partir de 15h00. Communication téléphonique a 15h20 sans grand succès puisque sur répondeur et à 16h00 nous sommes obligés de trouver un autre hôtel car nous sommes âgés et avons passés l'âge de dormir dans la voiture. A 19h50 coup de téléphone du propriétaire qui soit disant arrosait ses plantes pendant que nous cuisions au soleil. Ce monsieur oublie qu'il a un établissement hôtelier et que la réception ce fait à heure dite et non suivant son bon vouloir... de plus le lieu de réception doit être clairement signalé surtout sur un établissement sous protection. Je ne peux recommander cet établissement pour le laxisme de son propriétaire.

Hotel charmant dans un cocon très propre et tres agréable où on se sent bien. Un bon point pour le propriétaire qui fait tout pour la satisfaction de ces clients. Un petit plus serait de mettre le code télé affiché directement sur le bureau plutôt que dans le livret d'accueil,car pour ma part je n'ai pas eu de télé car je ne l'ai pas lu sauf le matin, mais trop tard. Excellent hotel.

Séjour au roulier

Très bon accueil, chambre donnant sur le restaurant donc beaucoup de bruit surtout quand on est sur le balcon car celui-ci donne sur une cour intérieure au premier etage... les photos de l'hôtel ne reflètent pas la réalité... mais une fois la fenêtre fermée plus de bruit seulement le bruit des portes dans le couloir... la chambre est simple, le lit confortable.. le menage laisse a désirer... le balcon pas nettoyé... bien pour une simple halte...

Camera molto grande con piccolo balcone, letto comodo con due cuscini bassi: c'è ne hanno dati altri due. Aria condizionata, piumone troppo pesante. Bagno con doccia grande con l'occorrente. Posto tranquillo con un buon ristorante fuori dalla confusione. Consigliato!

Fantastic staff

Arrived very late to the hotel due to an incident on the way. They kept the restaurant opened late for us and made sure that we had anything we needed. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Couldn't have been better looked after.Thank you again.

Un accueil très chaleureux et agréable. Le restaurant a une carte avec des plats régionaux et frais. Un très bon dîner. Le WIFI est gratuit mais pour ma part, je n'ai pas pu y accéder...
