"not much hot water after 1 min was luke warm old old old faucets do not work well at all in shower , 40-50 yrs old ! sliding door to patio does not lock have to use a stick behind door screen door is a mess bent rusty , weeds all over everywhere , bbq pit are a real joke rusted to the ground not usable sliding door you have to pull with all your mite to open it and close it !!!! dirty carpet landscape is a real mess"
