"The staff that check you in are all so helpful. They explain things thoroughly. I love that they offer chairs, towel and umbrella and have people that can help you set that up. I didn't take advantage but they offer the use of their bikes. That is a real plus for those that want to go a little further from the hotel or for a little exercise. The location is perfect - right on Beach Ave. where the boardwalk is and the beach is right across the street. The only reason I gave a four is the noise level at night. Not sure but I think it was people still at the pool or people were just out. Wish they have some kind of policy."

"I was very impressed with my 2 Queen Bed room. It had a TV, microwave, keurig coffee maker, refrigerator, safe, ironing board and iron, and hair dryer. The room was clean. So was the bathroom, with plenty of towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion. They offered free breakfast items such as coffee, tea, and milk, cereal, waffles and delicious pastries. The front desk personnel were very helpful. The pool was open until 9:00 PM with perfect lighting. And the location was close to Rehoboth Beach, the Beach Bus terminal, and all the stores along Rt. 1. (Including the Fresh Market right next door). Also Free parking for guests. You get all of this, and for a very reasonable price. I highly reccommend The Rehoboth Beach Boutique Hotel."

"Our stay was fine. Nothing more really. The carpets are dirty throughout the building, the rooftop door was constantly locked, we had no bath towels at 1 point and were given hand towels instead to use. We heard others complain about the lack of towels also. Our room could have been cleaner. The location is amazing though and the pool was nice."
