As you enter into the ground floor there is a large entry foyer and closet. Up ½ level is a bathroom with shower plus a small bunk room with two sets of bunk beds and cable TV. Up a ½ level from that is the entry into the spacious living room with cathedral ceiling, gas fireplace, ceiling fan, and direct ocean views. Watch the sunrise from one of the two 4-person furnished decks off of the living room.
Up ½ level is our fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The dining area and has seating for 8 and direct ocean views.
Up 1 level on the top floor we have two primary bedrooms, each with en suite baths. The first primary bedroom suite has a King-sized bed, ocean views from a one-person private deck, cable TV, and tiled bath with large glass-front walk-in shower. The second primary bedroom suite has direct ocean views, Smart TV (no cable in this room), a King-sized bed and a tiled en-suite bathroom with tub/shower combination. There is also a new Samsung stackable front loading washer/ dryer on this level.
There is a garage to hold your personal items (it's too small for a car). Feel free to use our gas grill, beach chairs, and toys. We also have four beach cruiser bikes for you to use. Ride at your own risk and BYO helmets. We have private one car parking in front of our garage. Free off-street parking is available behind our complex.
We are a short walk from fine dining, miniature golf, and the heart of town.
