"This place is a cut above.The room was well furnished ,bed and bedding great,room spacious with a nice sofa and tables.The location is very conducive for walking .Parking is a added cost but your car is sheltered.The staff there was gracious and helpful."

"This well-appointed and comfortable bungalow was ideal for our small party while visiting Wilmington and Carolina Beach. It had everything we needed and was located close to a number of attractions (Riverwalk, Historic Downtown) we wanted to visit. Having a TV in two of the bedrooms was a nice touch! The surrounding neighborhood is cute and interesting with many small taprooms and cafes. "

"This was an unusual property with several unfriendly quirks. First is parking. It is done across the street in a third party lot. You have to go through a ridiculous procedure to register your car. The hotel should make this easier. Next the room. The front door is 90% clear glass. In order to gain some privacy, you have to pull a drape completely across another glass panel and the door. In the room there is a money making minibar situation with snacks and yet no coffee machine and no access to coffee other than the adjacent restaurant when it is open. Also there is no ice machine. How can you not have an ice machine available for your guest? And why not have one of those automatic coffee machines in the 24-hour open lobby? Very disappointed in this hotel and will not be staying here in the future."
