Come relax in this 3bedroom, 2 bath home that has been completely renovated. Master bedroom has a large walk-in closet. New heated salt water pool, spa, and sun shelf. Gulf access, 4 kayaks & paddle board available for use. There are 5 bikes and plenty of fishing poles.
Rent a boat & have it delivered to the house to leave there & head directly to Sanibel or Captiva. Manatees & dolphins are often seen right from pool! New kitchen appliances and washer & dryer. This vacation home has a great location in the desirable SE Cape Coral, close to downtown and all the amazing restaurants. Also just a few miles from the Westin & Cape Harbor waterfront restaurants & Yacht Club beach. The kitchen is fully stocked to make your home cooked meals. Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans cette superbe maison!Rose a été pleine d'attentions et est facilement joignable.La maison est très confortable, très bien équipée, très bien décorée et très propre.L'emplacement le long du canal est très appréciable, au calme, et l'espace de vie extérieur est très agréable et très bien équipé.La piscine et le jacuzzi sont également un très gros atout.Superbes couchers de soleil.Nous recommandons beaucoup cette maison!

This was our 2nd year staying here. We loved it so much we had to come back, and even stay more nights than last year. This house is just beautiful, and the outside area is fantastic. The pool is the best, it is very clean and nice and warm. The outside area has a tv, ceiling fans, a lot of seating, and the kitchen area outside is excellent. The inside of the house has everything you could need. Every room was decorated beautifully, and everything was very clean. The master bedroom mattress is like sleeping on a cloud. There were many board/card games that were put to good use. We enjoyed that the house is in a quiet neighborhood.We would highly recommend this house and we hope to return and stay again.

Book this place! It's AMAZING. The amount of things to do here alone at the house is insane. Rose has it all covered. It's like being at home and not having to worry about a thing! Stocked beyond expectation inside to out. We were a group from 50-5yrs old and everyone had a blast. What a beautiful place. Rose you have a gem here! Thank you for having us this week. Even with the rain we had we still had plenty to do. We will be back. Loved cooking in the kitchen and the back new grill area. Beds were soooo comfy and that couch was a family fav to hang out on. I cannot say enough about this house. And the topping was the pool area. Definitely the best we have ever stayed at!

Family vacation

The house was absolutely wonderful. Our son never left the pool area. Everything you need is right here. We were amazed by how clean and well stocked everything was. We really enjoyed the beach supplies and bikes. Thank you for your great hospitality, we will definitely be back.

2025 Family Florida vacation

Had an excellent stay with our family! The home was very welcoming and clean! We loved the pool, lanai with outdoor kitchen with an outdoor TV. The indoor kitchen was great too! Appliances were new and clean. Outside kitchen was clean. It's great to rent a place that's taken care of and ready to use! We have rented many houses in this area and this one was at the top of the list. Super neat and clean and all needed household items were available for our use. Its obvious that a lot of forethought went into the effort to ensure the customer was comfortable. Thank you Rose and we would stay here again!!!

All you want in a vacation home and more!!

This home is exceptional. As a former VRBO host I so appreciated all of the thought that Rose put into her home for renters. The pool and spa were amazing! Outdoor living space has it all. Also liked the fact that all bedrooms have blackout curtains. The kitchen was stocked with anything you would need. Rose was awesome! She went out of her way to help us on a couple of things. Great location to downtown and marinas and restaurants. Our pup loved it too. Highly recommend!!

Amazing Family Home

Best VRBO we have stayed in

The pictures and description of the home and ammenities was spot on. The house inside and out was very clean, neat and asetetically pleasing. It was well stocked with almost anything you can possibly need while you are there. The location was in a quiet neighborhood and close to many stores, gyms, etc. Rose was very responsive when contacted and we would highly recommend this rental! Looking forward to going back!

Fantastic amenities for a girls trip of 7!

We loved our stay here. It had everything we needed and more. From the little things in the kitchen, to the many outdoor amenities, our girls trip of 7 had a fantastic stay. So much room to for us all outside on the loungers or in the pool on floaties or just relaxing on the patio furniture. The house was clean and the beds were VERY comfortable! the ONLY issue we had was the outdoor patios lights didn’t work - and there were so many things on timers that those could used more instructions. We would LOVE to come back and visit again. Thank you for a wonderful stay! Rose was VERY responsive to our questions and we appreciated the thoughtfulness of a $50 gift card to the local FishTale Grill - it was fabulous for seafood! We felt very welcome.

Fantastic comfortable home for long stays

Very spacious and comfortable home. Beautiful pool and hot tub with great sunsets. Loaded kitchen. Totally recommend this place. It also has a great location. Under 30 mins to magical Pine Island and even less to Ft Myers, beaches, Sanibel, etc.

Great Place

This is a cozy house with a beautiful outdoor area. Everything was in good working order and many extras included in the price. Hosts were very attentive to any needs we had and very gracious. Definitely recommend this place and will definitely stay again when in the area.

Perfect in every way

What a gem! My husband and I spent the week in the beautiful pool watching manatee swim in the cnal. Amazing! The house is so stocked with everything you could possibly need. The outdoor space is perfect and the pool floats were the best. Would certainly stay here again!

Exceptional Home

This house was perfection. There was nothing more you could ask for. It’s even nicer in person than the pictures in the listing. The kitchen had everything you could imagine, more than my own home has. Bedrooms, bathrooms, living room, dining room, all decorated beautifully. The outside area was unbelievable. We spent so much time outside. There is so much seating, ceiling fans, TV, kitchen area, and the pool which was just the best. Beautiful pool !!!! The volleyball/badminton pool net was put to good use. The house is clean and in a nice quiet area. We would definitely return and stay again. Rose and Eric are great!!
