Great Place, Great Location

Very clean, spacious home with a large yard in a quiet neighborhood. Close to restaurants and shopping. Saw manatee 2 of 3 evenings. Canal traffic picked up on the weekend, but otherwise not very busy. Great t.v. room, comfortable bed, all basic amenities available.

Wanted a place close to our own condo destroyed by Hurricane Ian. This was great. We were able to get sor work done and come back and enjoy our place and the Cape Coral we love

Cape Coral Canal Cruising

Loved this stay. House right on the canal, we put in our little Portland Pudgy and travelled out into the main river channel and down many canal fingers. Had a plumbing issue that the Host solved promptly. A+

The house was amazing and it looked like the whole house has been updated and remodeled!

House was amazing and freshly remodeled! Neighborhood was very quiet and secluded with the double lot property. The canal behind the house was amazing with the boats we were able to see . This owner definitely takes pride in cleaning their property. Lots of fish in canal and the location is perfect for comutes!

Classic Cape Coral gem on a canal

I needed a nice rental to accommodate my elderly in-laws who were having work done on their home. This rental is a Cape Coral classic like the houses built back when Gilligan’s Island was on tv. It is nicely refurbished with tile, updated kitchen and baths. Great bedrooms. The kitchen has everything you need to whip up a meal. The dining room is big and can fit maybe 8 peeps, so to speak. My in-laws loved the huge lanai overlooking a wide canal and a ginormous bottle brush tree. The hosts are quick to respond to questions, and very gracious. Also, there’s a grill and of all things, a full size ping pong table in the garage. Awesome Publix is right down the road. I highly recommend this rental if you require a quiet place at a reasonable rate.
