Inside the garage you will find pool floats, pool toys, coolers, and beach chairs for guest use
The owner does have 3 bikes in the garage that may be used by guests but are not included as part of the rental

A couple of blocks by foot to the grocery store. Only 20 minutes to Ft. Myers beach, less than 10 minutes to Cape Coral Yacht Club, public beach, fishing pier, tennis courts, activity center and a senior center.

Convenient to Sanibel Island, Captiva Island, Fort Myers Beach, Pine Island and Ft. Myers Beach.

ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES and all guests and visitors, not in the booking, must be approved by property manager
The property rates include up to 4 guests. Each additional guest is $15/night plus tax. Please make sure to enter an accurate guest count at time of booking for accurate reservation cost.

- BBQ Grill: Guests are responsible for providing their own propane. There is a propane tank at the home, but the level of gas is not monitored by property manager.

- We provide all guests with consumables in the form of toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom), dishwasher detergent and soap, 1 roll of paper towels, hand soap and garbage bags for the first 3 days of your stay.

Electric charge: A prepaid electric charge is included in your reservation.

Check in time is after 4:00 PM and check out time is on or before 10:00 AM. Early check in or check out times may be available, but require prior approval by Agent.
