Further equipment includes fans, A/C in the living room, a TV and a washing machine. There is also a baby cot, a high chair, toys and children's books for the little guests. Enjoy your meals outdoors on the large terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and a Jacuzzi. Surrounded by Mediterranean flora, you can spend relaxing holidays in a beautiful setting. The popular holiday resort Canyamel with numerous restaurants, shopping facilities, bars, cafés and the wonderful beach with soft sand can be reached in about 8 minutes by car (distance: 5 km).

The homeowner asks that guests use electricity respectfully. For the use of air conditioning (both hot and cold pump), you will have to pay 5e per night.

Only people who are registered on the booking are allowed on the property, other types of visitors are not permitted.



If at any time these rules are not complied with and any damage is caused, the owner will charge the respective amount.
