"This property is spacious and clean. There was plenty of common space for our group to gather. The backyard is really pleasant and private. The kitchen was extremely well appointed. The beds were comfortable, and I worked from home easily in the office since on the main floor. Host responded quickly to our questions. Plenty of hiking trails nearby. Highly recommend this property "

"The location of this hotel can't be beat for Zootown sightseers. Everything you need is within walking distance or on the nearby bus line. A trail for dog walking is across the parking lot. Cleanliness is hit and miss. During one stay we found a drawer full of underwear and the floor turned our feet black. During another stay, no complaints. The breakfast is pretty good considering the cost of stays. Smokers gather just outside of exits, so be prepared to smell like an ashtray whether you smoke or not. Staff is adequately helpful."

"It was nice. Nothing extra special. Paid extra for a balcony room, thinking it would be on the river. It wasn’t. Our Balcony overlooked the street. Hallways smelled like old cigarette smoke. TV channel options were minimal. Not worth the $200. Plus, $20 to park in the parking lot. "

"My daughter and I stayed at Diana’s home for a writers’ retreat we were attending. It was a perfect location for us as the retreat was held in the Rattlesnake Creek valley, so we could walk every day. The house is well equipped with open spaces and a great and very private backyard. Easy access to town and we loved having coffee at The Drum, which is 5 minutes from the house. Highly recommended!"
