Robes provided for the hot tub and shower along with slippers. Slippers are your gift to take with you to remember your time with us. End your night sitting by the fire. The cabin was so cute and perfect for our little honeymoon. Anything we forgot they had supplied in the cabin. The hosts were super responsive and set out cake and flowers for our celebration, I loved that! We will definitely book again!

We had a blast! Was such a lovely, intimate stay! We will definitely be back. We went for our one year wedding anniversary! We enjoyed the hot tub! The only down fall was the drive way was a bit too steep for our car to go down but other than that everything was great!

Great property loved the hot tub. Not a lot of room in the cabin but we only used it for sleeping. Only issue we had was the bed supports, this is not a bed for adult activities.

The cabin is cozy (small) and “rustic”. The cabin is near great spots in Canyon Lake and close to New Braunfels. It also is close (next door to) to a trailer with a lovely assortment of trash in the front yard. I understand you cannot control your neighbors, but I would not call the neighborhood “desirable”, despite the proximity to Canyon Lake hot spots. The check in and check out process were simple considering the cabin’s small foot print, there is little to pick up. The accuracy of the listing is fair, even though the images listed as “property grounds” would technically be local interest spots, as they are not on the property. Also, I would not call the Duraflame portable heater as a fireplace, but they have interpreted it as such. Note, the outdoor shower is the ONLY shower. Rustic and fun, but can be chilly in the winter time! Now, for the reason I would consider my overall stay, cleanliness and communication with the property manager a one star (would put zero if that was an option). When checking in on 1/10 I did not have any insect bites on my body. After returning home on 1/12 I noticed a two bites on my back. Considering I enjoyed two evenings by the fire pit, I disregarded the bites, thinking they were due to ants or mosquitos. On the morning of 1/15, and after an urgent care visit, a doctor advised me I was covered in 30 bed bug bites. I only saw a dead roach in the corner behind the floor lamp of the bedroom, so I cannot say for 100% fact the bed bug bites c

Real cute, cozy cabin that fit our needs. Close distance to the amphitheater for concert. Love the little decorative touches. Free slippers! We'd stay here again. Stop at the coffee shop at the end of the road, so adorable and tasty!

Beautiful cabin near Canyon Lake. Everything was as listed but even better in person. This is the perfect cozy cabin for a couple looking to unwind. The deck, outdoor shower and hot tub was great! Easy and simple check in and check out process. Owner responds quickly to any questions you may have too. Highly recommend this for anyone looking to escape.

Bed was terribly uncomfortable. Hot tub would trip the breaker after running 1-2 min. Frayed power cords running on top of the ground underneath the outdoor shower. Shower head would not adjust and sprayed right in your face. Had to sleep on the couch because the bed was so bad. Insurance policies imposed for extra cost that wasn’t stated upfront. Might be good for one person stay. We won’t be back.

We were very satisfied with our stay at The Rockmoor Cabin by the Creek! The experience was true to the description online. The hosts were very helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had. The outdoor shower added to the experience- in a fun way! We enjoyed grilling out and using the hot tub. We also took the quick drive over to Comal park to swim, kayak, and play volleyball! It was a great weekend.

Great weekend getaway and the hot tub was so relaxing. We celebrated my husband’s birthday and they had a birthday cake waiting for us to enjoy! We ventured off to the Devil’s Backbone Tavern for some live entertainment, this place was like going back in time and the people were so friendly. This is a great weekend getaway to truly relax and soak your cares away. I almost forgot, you can order a pizza kit to make your pizza and cook in the pizza oven on the grill. The owners were helpful and and respond very quickly to any questions you may have. Highly recommend!
