"We had a great stay and experience. Clean rooms & restaurant bar area, friendly staff & overall they were pretty flexible with our requests. Like letting us bring a blow up pool to the back yard venue space. However, 2 couples from our large group of couples that rented rooms didn’t fare well. Both did not have hot water and one of their toilets wouldn’t work. They requested maintenance, but it never came. Hence the 4 stars from us."

"Our stay was absolutely amazing! This was hands down one of the best experiences we’ve ever had.The home was spotless and had so many thoughtful touches that made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Each bathroom had its own hair dryer, there were mints in every bedroom, and we were greeted with a bottle of wine, a box of chocolates, and the sweetest welcome note. The refrigerator was stocked with condiments that guests were welcome to use, which was such a convenient and appreciated bonus.The arcade games were a huge hit with our family and provided so much entertainment. One of our favorite memories was feeding the neighborhood deer right from our hands! The neighborhood clubhouse pool was also fantastic and was the perfect way to cool off after spending time outside in the 104-degree Texas heat.Steve was an exceptional host. His communication was outstanding from the very beginning. He reached out well before our stay with helpful recommendations and was always quick to answer any questions we had. After we checked out, my son accidentally left his wallet behind, and Steve immediately contacted us so we could come back and retrieve it. His honesty and kindness meant so much to our family.If you’re considering staying here, don’t hesitate—you won’t be disappointed. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, fun, and welcoming place to stay. Thank you, Steve! "

"Everything was very nice. Especially clean. King size beds were comfortable. Pool & back yard clean and inviting. Floating the Guadalupe horseshoe was great. Only 10 min drive to Tube Haus."
