"El hotel s muy práctico, queda cerca de la estación de tren, y en tren se llega en 10 mins al centro. El desayuno estaba bien, nada espectacular pero bien, y limpiaban la habitación todos los días"

"Great place! Close to lots of good places and amazing friendly staff."

"We had an issue with one of the lights in our room it was hanging loose on the wall. I went to turn it on and Sparks flew out of it and it burned out, leaving burn marks around it. I called the front desk the front desk attendant was concerned and helpful, to the best of his ability at the time. It was just very inconvenient to have to pack up all our things and move to another room at 11:00 p.m. when I went to speak with a manager on Monday about the situation they informed me that they would...

"Location was 20 minutes from salem and 40 minutes from boston. Bed was comftrouble room was clean. They have a water machine in the lobby where you can refill your bottle. We did not know and spent a tone on water from there store"

"All was good."

"Hotel was close to airport. Breakfast was included. Restaurant nearby."

"Great location w/ beautiful views of the beach, so convenient w/ great access to public transportation, staffs were friendly and helpful. But the mattresses were old and sagged, bathroom ceiling was peeling and our 2nd room bathroom was spilling water on the floor."

"If you’re staying for a day or two, it’s an okay option, but a week or longer would be torture. When we arrived, the room was supposed to be clean, but it wasn’t; it smelled terrible, the sheets hadn’t been changed, and the floor wasn’t clean either. They moved us to another room, but that one didn’t smell much better. The staff isn’t very attentive to guests unless you approach them directly. The hotel offers free airport shuttle service, but they don’t mention that if your departure is in the...

"Parking was a bit tight as larger cars parked crooked, and we arrived late. But it was small, quaint, and cozy. Very clean and gorgeous inside. Cannot wait to go again."

"It’s an old hotel, so don’t expect modern day upgrades in the rooms. The hotel IS great. Our room was good. A few things wrong with room but no bad, sort of. Our a/c unit didn’t work, so we had to leave the window open our entire 4 day stay. Not bad. There IS, also, a big window in the shower, which is facing the street. Talk about putting a show for all those outside. Our room had a great view, and so did the outside looking in. It’s even worse when showering, or using bathroom at night. Beware...

"Cheap"

"No one came to clean the room unless it was requested. When it was cleaned they did not remove the garbage. And the bath gel dispenser was inoperable."

"Like location Didn’t like Very simple room Inexpensive furnishings The very high rate was not justified"

"The Bell inn is a beautiful hotel/bed and breakfast with two eating/drinking establishments with excellent food and staff. Our room was beautiful and quiet. Trouble connecting the TV the first night, but staff resolved it. There is not a lot of staff around so you are kind of on your own, however we actually liked that, it was extremely cozy and private. We will stay again, for sure."

"The room as very nice and clean. The staff was very helpful"
