Great hotel with lovely garden and pool. The room was large with great storage and large terrace/balcony. Great location just a short walk to the beach and many restaurants. Staff were charming and helpful. Will definitely book again.
perfect location , beautiful hotel , with excellent breakfast . and the most important is all the staff of hotel victoria as Jitka , cyril , bassem , and others that made our stay unforgettable in the amazing Cannes . I recommend this hotel 100%
Great boutique hotel with spacious rooms, lovely staff, pool and bar. Breakfast was amazing everyday that we stayed. We were in town for a work event and enjoyed the proximity to the beach, shops and dinning. Will plan to stay again on the next visit.
Good location though some street noise. The pool is small but welcome with lovely sunbeds. Overall I would recommend if looking for a reasonable short stay.
The reviews do not give Hotel Victoria justice!
The staff especially Hugo and Victoria are so welcoming and make you feel nothing is too much .They are very professional and made our stay special. They are both an asset to Hotel Victoria.
The room was very clean and comfortable.we will definitely be back !
This was a great little boutique hotel that was immaculate in almost every respect. The location was extraordinary. Shortcomings would include a parking garage with unbelievably small spots and a breakfast that reflected the problems of dealing with a small number of clients. Overall, I would recommend this hotel.
We love hotel Victoria Cannes , it's our 3rd time here and we always feel like home !
We love the location, the calme, breakfests by the calm pool and mainly the family spirit of this hotel thanks to Fanny and the staff.
Looking forward to come back again ;)
The service and attention to detail is unsurpassable in this charming, small boutique hotel. Super friendly and helpful staff, and comfortable, well-appointed rooms. I've stayed here for several years at festival time and it's a great location. Near to the action but a bot of an oasis of quiet. Highly recommended.
Great location ! Easy 1.5 block walk to the waterfront boardwalk. We were upgraded to a pool view room which was clean and well maintained . The pool was great and we used it every day during the heat wave while we were in Cannes. Parking was “OK” , but very limited and a challenge to get in and out of the parking stalls. If you have a larger vehicle it would be very difficult. We had a small crossover SUV and parking was a challenge. Having said that, without on-site parking I am not sure where we would have parked. Overall a very good facility and I would certainly stay again. One complaint is the “smoking allowed” policy around the pool and outdoor patio area’s. It ruined our enjoyment of an otherwise pleasant stay. I complained to management, and they were long on sympathy but short on action. Ces’t la vie - it is France !

Disliked: Room comfort
All in all a nice place. Good , central location. Terrible beds and pillows, unless you like skihigh pillows. Why not have one of each size for the clients to choose.
pleasant hotel but very small bedroom. Breakfast was poor with no proper bread for toasting and limited cereals .Small pool area .staff were very friendly helpful and accommodating.
staff were very friendly & hotel was clean.
room was much smaller than expected as was shown in pictures on the website. Was also a little noisy at times.
Great location and lovely staff, the room was clean which is great. However the hotel having keys to enter/lock the room doors instead of card swipes is very inconvenient. You have to leave the room key at reception everytime you leave the hotel and collect when you come back in. The second thing is I barely slept as the room next to mine made noise up until 3am (not the hotel fault I know) but I did ring reception to explain to them this issue but they didn’t do anything about it as the noise continued

This is a hard one to review. The staff was amazing. I read reviews before I went and was excited about the property. Problem #1 is parking. On website it said there was parking and no mention of price. Arrived and was told it was 16 euros. Not happy, but so be it. Then, that only very small car would fit. So, no parking. We had to go 2 blocks and use public parking at 28 euros.
Problem #2 is smoking on site. I didn’t mind that people smoke, but our balcony was next door to someone that smoked non stop all night long. It was hot so we had to keep our balcony door open. Didn’t sleep a wink.
Sent message and haven’t received an apology or am I am sorry. Disappointing to say the least
