The apartment is located in a private residence located at 17 Edith Cavell Street, the most central location in the epicenter of Cannes, close to Rue d’Antibes and tons of bars, restaurants, and shops : La Croisette, Palais des Festivals and the beach are accessible at a short walking distance too.
Prepare yourself a delicious Nespresso in the modern, mint-hued kitchen and serve them out on the spacious veranda at this 5th-floor urban sanctuary. Watch the ships pass by from the slouchy gray couch, then take a stroll and browse the shops along Rue d'Antibes. This 5th floor apartment boasts unobstructed sea views and has a large living room, dining room and a fully-equipped kitchen of 20m2. There are two bedrooms, a bathroom and an independent toilet. The apartment also has a small terrace accessible from the master bedroom, and an underground parking that can safely accommodate a car.
The apartment was fully refreshed in February 2025, it is furnished for seasonal rentals (conferences or holidays with family or friends). We also provide a desk and a comfortable chair for digital nomads or remote workers seeking a home-away-from-home.

*** A Gill bathroom (just including a shower) and an independent toilet.
*** A small balcony accessible from the master bedroom.
*** If you intend to use the garage, please note the dimensions are 3.0m (wide) x 5.5m (long) x 1.9m (height), and the maximum weight for the lift 2,000kg.
This beautifully designed apartment is the perfect combination of modern elegance, functionality, all in an iconic location, offering a seamless experience whether you’re here to soak up the sun, explore the Riviera, or attend an international congress.
The apartment is very close to the center of Cannes and is very easy to find. Once you are settled in, it will be very easy to walk across the city (i.e. you do not need a car).
