I loved this hotel until we were accosted by a representative on a daily basis. The pools are beautiful. The beach is really nice. If the seaweed doesn't bother you. Check in and check out was fast. The bell hop was very helpful and their English was great. Everyone was very nice. The weather was great. October.

We had a fabulous couple of days with our four kids. Bernardo was so funny and particularly made our experience better. The staff was nice the food was good. Building itself a bit dated but overall clean and enjoyable. Safe for families!

The staff was amazing , the entire crew, but the room was awful, I paid a little extra for a room with a hot tub , I didn’t use it , it was disgusting . I was so disappointed that I don’t even say anything to the hotel . Same thing with the bathroom (rusty , broken tiles etc ) the pillows, those are not pillows they were bricks Again people amazing Property not so much

Great budget resort! If you can get a good deal you will not be dissapointed! Small little things that don’t ruin the trip but make you wonder why… no drinks allowed in the pools at all? Very well versed traveller of 20 years and have never experienced that. Again not a deal breaker but a little strange that a grown adult vacationing and celebrating a special occasion can’t have a tumbler in the pool. That being said. Good resort.. no regrets.

A great budget all inclusive. It’s not a 5-star resort, but for what we paid, it was worth it. Plenty of activities throughout the day and the staff made it fantastic. Good selection of places to eat and several bars to make sure you’re never empty handed.

The hotel needs a-lot of repairs the pool borders the hotel sealing from out side everything looks old the bath room tube and the sink was plug needs alot of improvement the staff was very nice and helpful
