LACK OF GENTLENESS OF THE RECEPTION STAFF, FOOD WAS NOT THAT GOOD. THE ROOM DID NOT HAD SHAMPOO IN THE SHOWER DISPENSER, THE PUT A COFFE MACHINE IN THE ROOM BUT THEY DONT PUT SPOONS TOS STIR THE COFFE, A LOT OF SMALL POOR DETAILS THAT WE FELT THAT SLS IS LIKE A WANNA BE LUXURY HOTEL. A LOT OF OPPORTUNITIES TO IMPROVE.

The service at the pool is extra slow.
I waited 45 minutes for a pizza.
The bed, it had no bed topping,
Only 1 sheet
And a comforter.
It didn’t feel hygienic!
