The hotel was good , staff were always very welcoming and the front desk staff were great at checkin a checkout! The Ala carte reservations in Marco Polo and Asian were both great food!! The buffet lacks however for dinner was disappointing on choices but the lunch buffet was very good. I was disappointed in the lack of Mexican options available at buffet at other hotels we had much better. Pool was good just make sure to get up earlier to grab a chair the beach seemed to always have a chair to use

The room was very clean food was good but seems that is the same food every day and gets tiring eating the same everyday. What I really didn’t like is that they pretty much force you to get a time share and I was told that the deposit that I gave for à lunch was refundable but they didn’t give it back to me. Had a fabulous time here during the Christmas break. The staff were helpful and very polite and friendly, rooms were spacious and clean , food selection was good but wish they had halal/ kosher.
