"The property and staf and room and serrvice and beach were world class! Very well designed, walk to old town, and quiet atmostphere a close ride to high energy if you need that! We will be back! Scott and Susan Dallas Texas"

"Small rooms, room smelt of smoke, breakfast not great "

"This is a great hotel where its greatest asset is its location. The beach is across the street and there are shops and restaurants everywhere. The daytime reception host seemed a bit off. At one point I’d come down to ask a question and there were already three people in line and I waited while he was talking to the person I believe taking the next shift right in front of everyone. Speaking very loudly and for five minutes all they did was talk to each other. With a line of people you should be devoting all your attention to the people in the line and then when you have no line you can take care of your own business. He made several errors with our room, but eventually straightened everything out. Overall, it’s a good hotel and the other people work in the reception desk were very nice and friendly."

"Nice hotel and location but the rooms are looking tired now. The property itself is really nice and looks the part. But the rooms you can tell haven’t been touched in 15-3rd 20 years. The location is ideal for Puerto Banus."
