Great location. Free secured parking. The room was spacious with balcony sea view. Very good buffet breakfast. Easy check-in check-out. Friendly and helpful staff. I recommend staying at this hotel.

Despite some recent reviews, we found this hotel surprisingly good. The rooms seemed clean and comfortable if dated and in need refurbishment. The location is good but arriving by car can be a problem as there is no car parking spots in front of the hotel, only a small coned off area that you may be lucky enough to get into for the valet car parking. The breakfast was very disappointing.

This is probably the best hotel in Canakkale. Clean and comfortable. I recommend seaside rooms. There is only one elevator. Rooms have old carpets which I do not like. Very good breakfast. Personnel is super quick when you need support in the room for ac control or internet issues. A Starbucks across the lobby. Great location with dining options. Recommended!

Common areas are not clean. The elevator in the morning was a mess, my feet stuck to the ground. The breakfast are is not ventilated, and is warm. The open buffet food on the counters are stored at room temperature (Cheese etc... (!)) Anyway, the hotel has a huge hygiene problem.

Otelde 7. katta bir oda verdiler, 8.katta restoran olduğu için gece saat 01 e kadar masa ve sandalye çekme sesinden ve aşırı gürültüden uyumak mümkün olmadı. Resepsiyona bildirdiğimizde bu katta oda verirken konuklara bu durumdan bahsederek bu katta oda isteyip istemediklerini sorduklarını söylediler, halbuki bize bu konudan bahseden veya soru soran olmamıştı. İki gece boyunca ancak saat 01:30 dan sonra uyuyabildik. Bu otelde daha iki yıl önce de kalmıştık, bazı alanlar, asansörler yenilenmiş. Odanın genelde temiz olduğu söylenebilir. Banyoda duş kabininde kronikleşmiş kir birikimi iyi değildi. Banyo lavabosu giderine orjinali dışında idareten bir kapak koyulmuştu, kapak kolayca yerinden çıktığı için giderde aşır kir ve pas birikimi oldukça kötü görünüyordu. Kat hollerinde aydınlatma yetersiz. Otelin kahvaltısı çeşit ve yiyecek kalitesi olarak vasat düzeyde denilebilir. Aynı restoranda çıkardıkları açık büfe akşam yemeği kalitesi daha iyiydi. Şehirde kepap ve balık restoranları dışında yemek yiyecek yer bulmak zor olduğundan (Sardalya ve balık tava servisi yapanlar dışında) akşam yemekleri için oteli tercih ettik. Çalışanlar genelde yardımcı, gayretliydi. Özellikle genç personelin hijyen konusunda eğitime ihtiyaçları olduğunu söylemek gerekiyor. Örneğin sabah kahvaltıda omlet pişiren genç eldivenli elleriyle bir yandan omlete koyacağı peyniri avuçlarken aynı ellerle cep telefonu ile konuşuyordu.

bina yıkıldı yıkılacak korkusuyla artık. cok emanet duruyor ayakta. o gece deprem oldugunda aklımızdan bın şey geçti. klımada agır bır koku vardı ve sonrasında hepımız hastayız zaten. kalorıfer petegı sıkıntılı odaymış mecburduk klımaya ve az kapatsak hemen donuyordu oda.

Kahvaltı güya çeşitli ama çok kötü. Önceden yapılmış krep, börek vs ısıtma gereği bile duymamışlar. Sadece konumu ve park yeri iyiydi. Banyoda, ucu açık, umumi tuvaletlerdeki gibi kirli tuvalet fırçası. Odaya raf olsun diye koydukları cam oturmayınca kağıtlarla sıkıştırmışlar. Ciddi bakım gereken bir otel.
