"Probably the best place to stay in Palolem. Just a few metres from the beach so no noise at night. Private bathroom so self contained. Indian guests might miss a TV but I didn't as there is only so much cricket that you can watch."

On my first night, I did experience some noise from the restaurant while staying in a beach hut, which was a bit disappointing. However, the way the staff handled it completely turned things around. Without any hassle or questions, they upgraded me to a rooftop room the very next day. That level of responsiveness and care really impressed me. Overall, the customer service here is outstanding.
