"We arrived very late at night and it didn’t feel like a safe area. The security guard was very helpful and friendly. When we got to the lobby, we were disappointed at how dirty and unkept it was. The condo is outdated. The dining table was full of small insects, the counter was dirty. The dryer was missing the handle and the door was filthy. The refrigerator door was dirty. There were covers on the sofas that were also dirty. Unfortunately, I stayed my first night because we arrived late...

I feel it’s a few opportunities that should be addressed moving forward, like what previewed on the site when booking your room/stay truly don’t Match what you walking into not all the way off but not what’s truly present. My Room wasn’t the cleanest which me and my wife cleaned up and when I talked to the host they were willing to come back out to reclean.. Great location...
