Villa Green Unit 2 (Villa Terre Bianche) is a brand new villa (2013) located in a small hill just over the sea, surrounded by nature and peace
The villa is one of the 2 villas available in the property, each villa is completely independent and each has its own Terrace and front garden, barbecue, parking, nothing is shared between the 2 villas except the pool and the golf course. Both villas can be rented together if needed so to have the entire property for your exclusive use (this advert shows the pictures of the Unit 2 but both units are virtually identical. An advert showing the Unit 1 is available on this website too).
The villa consist of a main living room equipped with a large sofa, flat tv and a mezzanine equipped with a desktop which can be also used by those who need to have a separate corner for work purposes or a sofa-bed for extra guests.
On the same floor there are one master bedroom and a bathroom with shower. On the lower floor (half-basement) there are 2 more bedrooms and a second bathroom. There is also a fully equipped kitchen in the spacious veranda in front of the villa.
The villa is completely furnished, all equipment is brand new and the furniture is modern and most of the rooms are air conditioned. Free Wi-Fi is available. The villa has its own private front garden and outside space surrounding it, there is a private parking just next to the villa. The Terrace is set for dining and relaxing and offers a stunning Sea view! A barbecue is also available.

A large outside space with trees, plants and a pond surrounds the 2 villas and it's set with 3 golf holes for golf practice. All golf equipment is provided and guests are free to play whenever they want, for free!
A private infinity swimming pool with sea view is also available right in the middle of the land.
The pool is available from late April until late October (may vary of some days depending on weather conditions - NO CHEMICAL products to treat the water).
The pool is for the exclusive use of the Unit 1 and Unit 2 ONLY. The building next to the pool will not be rented if either the unit 1 or the unit 2 are rented. It is possible to rent also the 3rd building (next to the pool) if you are a larger group (an advert for the 3 houses is available in this website).
