Yesterday's Resort style convention hotel
"The property was built to be a resort style convention centre hotel with expensive refurbishing like granite walls in the bathrooms, large curved ramps between floors etc. It is still nice but certain parts are not really used anymore including the waterpark"

"Terrible experience for our family of two parents and two adult daughters! We had it reserved for 2 nights but could only stay one night because of the awful conditions. We arrived after 8:00pm, and apparently, that is the time when the staff for the Flats leave. The HOTEL CKERK gave us our keys. ..."
