"This really isn’t a 4 star. One of the 2 restaurants was closed. The spa wasn’t open. It opens at 4pm on a Friday. Rooms are not the same as what’s shown in images. Restaurant service was terrible. The hotel takes Amex, but the restaurant does not. Felt kinda shady in that regard.
This feels like a business hotel masquerading as a resort style hotel.
The staff at the desk was very nice. Manager did not come out of his office to deal with our issues. We were unhappy and left after only being at the hotel 2 hours. We wanted amenities and this hotel fell short."
