"Decent hotel although they do have an extra daily charge to park your car in their lot. I know lots of hotels now do this but not happy about it. I mean you are probably going to need to drive a car to the property so expect this unexpected extra charge. The hotel does have a private beach access path & provides beach gear (towels, chairs, etc) although there isn’t much of a beach. Still you do have water access. Next to property is a large Polynesian area with lots of shops & food trucks...

"It was a very relaxing experience. Enjoyed watching the dolphins. Restaurants were exquisite and excellent. Pool and beach were fantastic and enjoyed them immensely. It is definitely a 5 star hotel and resort. Well worth the cost."

"Baby Cockroaches all over the room! We stayed there for 4 days and they didn’t clean our room once. We had to hunt down a cart or go downstairs to ask for new bathroom towels. When we first got there there was also blood stains on the pillow."

"Hotel rooms were nice, big and spacious, and the staff was overall friendly. The breakfast was also delicious and it was nice that they gave coupons. Parking was amazing and on site! Didn’t mind paying for the location. However the biggest complaint I had was that the rooms did not get cold or even cool. It was warm even with the ac blowing at 60. I did call the front desk to see if I could switch rooms and instead they sent the security guy up to verify it wasn’t cooling. Once he did, he said...
