"Overall The resort has a lovely private beach, comfortable rooms, and good dining options. However, poor communication, coordination, and service fell short of five-star expectations. Better planning and more proactive guest service would greatly improve the experience the reson why a 4* review is given. The Cons Lack of concierge service: No staff assisted with my luggage upon arrival, despite the hotel being quiet. This falls short of five-star expectations and a VIP Expedia property, especially when smaller hotels in Hanoi and HCMC provided a warmer welcome. Unannounced pool renovation: Neither Expedia nor the Radisson Stay app indicated that the main pool would be closed during my stay. Guests should be informed in advance. Poor shuttle coordination: The front desk was unaware of my pre-arranged shuttle bookings, reflecting poor internal communication. Shuttle and dining conflicts: The 9 PM shuttle from Nha Trang arrives after the restaurant closes at 9:30 PM, posing issues for half-board and full-board guests. Room service was eventually offered as an alternative, but the front desk could not initially provide a solution. The Pros Comfortable room: Clean, functional, and free from disturbances throughout my stay. Exceptional private beach: A lifeguard was on duty to monitor guests, providing an added sense of safety rarely seen at other beach resorts I've visited. Dining variety: Sunrise Restaurant was spacious, with a good selection for breakfast and dinner."

"굳 다음에도 재방문의사 이씀 넓직하고 깨끗하고 직원들 친절함 아 그런데, 체크아웃 시간 다 다와가서는 사전에 중간점검을 하시던지 해야지 더워 디지것는디 계속 서있었음 10분 기다리래서 20분 기다리고 말했더니 그나마 해줌. 다를 사람들은 계속 기다리더라"

"Value for money ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Grounds, rooms, pool, beach ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ You do get what you pay for though. The buffet food and bar drinks were fine / nothing special and quite samey and lacks superior quality for a 5* hotel. The all Inc package food and drink, is on the mass, lower end. In room amenities (shower gel/ shampoo is basic). Entertainment team personality was great and all in house (again on a budget) - special mentions to the Egyptian team who brought great energy and fabulous personalities."
