Remus and Cecilia were fabulous hosts with very quick and easy communication. Our group really enjoyed the pool in the back sitting area where we enjoyed the view and nice meals. We did not try the shortcut because we didn’t have enough time, but Ubers were easy and there are many wonderful places within a quick drive. The Villa is very private which we enjoyed. Thanks for a lovely stay! Would stay again

Cecilia et Rasmus sont des supers hôtes comme on aimerait avoir à chaque fois que nous faisons une location. Bien conforme à la description. Très bien équipé, très agréable, reposante et avec un très grand sens de la décoration. Dans un quartier assez prisé (il y a de très belles maisons aussi dans l'environnement). Accessible en un peu plus de 10 minutes à pied à la fameuse Marina Portal Nous. Piscine très très agréable et salon extérieur topissime pour passer ses fins de journée. Bref vous pouvez louer les yeux fermés. De plus Rasmus prend très soin a ce que vous passiez un très bon séjour, s'est occupé personnellement d'une galère que j'ai eu mais qui ne concernait pas la location. Juste pour que je passe un bon séjour.

Underwhelming

Unfortunately for the high price, this place doesn’t deliver.The main bedroom has a very poorly patched up bath shower that is lucky to run water at all..( not in pictures ) we couldn’t use it.We had constant air con issues, which yes the owner initially attempted to fix but after multiple issues over a 2 week period when approached for compensation suggested we move rooms?? Or Just open doors and use the mosquito repellent provided..also just says ( sorry our house doesn’t meet your expectations )Not to mention the power cutting out 3-4 times per day each afternoon while the family try to get ready to go out for dinner..The owner says it’s an old house and it’s just what happens.Mallorca is a beautiful island and this area is the place to be, just not in this house for this price.It was a disappointing experience for our family during a very special time.I’d suggest doing more research.

Great break

Just coming home after a lovely week in Costa D’en Blanes. Very comfortable, relaxing environment. Excellent outside area with pool. The owners checked us in and were very hospitable and informative and created a wonderful welcome for us, which created the ambience for the holiday. Would highly recommend.

The Majorca wedding trip

Great location and views. Spacious, well equipped property with excellent pool and poolside area. Comfortable furnishings with attentive, helpful host. Air conditioning in all areas of property worked but getting towards need for refurbishment. Property well located for access to Portals Nous town and marina. Taxi service to and from accommodation was pretty good although would recommend having a hire car during extended stays. Host went out of his way to get us to and from airport and this was greatly appreciated. 😀👏

Fantastic villa and amazing hosts

This is such a great villa which has been beautifully decorated throughout with such style, everything you could wish for is provided to ensure your stay is first class. Our hosts Rasmus and Cecilia were so welcoming and made us feel straight at home, we couldn’t have wished for more and had a great holiday at Casa Ventura. We will definitely return!

A beautiful place to stay

We spent a week at this home in August and had a great time. We stayed as a family of 4, with kids aged 11 & 5. The property was clean and had everything you needed for a great stay. The boys loved the pool and we spent lots of time enjoying it. The location was great with nearby Puerto Portals Marina, filled with lovely restaurants. However the walk down to the marina and beach is about 15-20 mins, which going downhill was no problem getting there, however a bit much for my 5 year old for a walk back uphill, so used local taxis outside Cappuccino for the journey back which was about 5 EUR. The nearest shop was a 10 minute walk downhill, again no problem, but a bit of a hike to get back with bags of shopping, so used a local grocery delivery company which was perfect. All in all, a great week and would recommend to anyone looking for a home in the area.

SoCal Majorca style

Charming home with a shabby chic Southern California flair appropriately name Casa Ventura. Rasmus was a great host helpful and attentive. Location was perfect and walkable to beach. You are on a island so be prepared to see the occasional water bug as well as feral cats neither are a issue.

Amazing property

We had a fantastic stay in Casa Ventura. The property has an ideal location with walking distance to the village Portals Nous and the harbor and small, lovely beach. Very well equipped, and great outdoor areas. Rasmus was very accommodating and provided us all necessary info for a great stay. Definitively recommend.

Time at Casa Ventura

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Ventura. The pool is beautiful and the property is in a great location for easy trips to Palma, the marina and nearby beaches.

(Golf-) Urlaub mit Freunden

Der erste Eindruck vom Haus außen war ok. Sauberkeit der Räume (Küche, Schlafzimmer, Toiletten) nicht wirklich sauber. Alles hat funktioniert, insbesondere in der Küche. Leider liegt das Haus oberhalb der Autobahn, sodass die Terrasse Richtung Meer nicht genossen werden kann. Pool einwandfrei.

Summer holiday with family

Location was ideal - near Port Portals which we enjoyed but very private for swimming/ playing in the pool and having dinner at home. Felt safe whilst there. Laundry room was a great addition and the Wi-Fi was reasonable throughout the property. I would note that there is 3 bedrooms together in the house and a separate annex with a further bedroom suite that you need to go outside to access. Ideal for a grandparent to stay with you. As we wanted to sleep next to the children - we had our youngest on a pull out sofa bed in the master bed next to the other 2 bedrooms which worked out fine.

A fabulous location

Casa Ventura is an absolutely lovely property and perfect for a family holiday. It has a homely feel yet every possible need had been catered for. We couldn't have wanted for anything more. I would not hesitate to recommend.

Perfect location and lovely host!

Could not ask for a better location! House was perfect for a young family with a beautiful pool, private bedrooms, and plenty of living space as well as a fun, eclectic decor. Extremely responsive host who also left great recommendations that we followed on numerous occasions. Would come back anytime and stay at this fantastic property! Thanks Rasmus for your hospitality.
