Magnificent T2 / T3 of 63m2 large terrace overlooking the bay of Calvi and the mountains. Fully equipped with new air conditioning in each room operating independently of each other, this apartment is ideal for holidays as a couple or family. You will appreciate the calm of this residence while being 5 minutes by car from the center of Calvi.

You will have a double bedroom with 160X200 bed, a double bed in a 90X200 bunk bed and possibly a 160X200 convertible sofa with a real sleeping mattress.

The terrace is equipped with an outdoor lounge for meals that can accommodate up to 6 people

The apartment was very clean and organized. Everything needed to run a normal household was provided in great quality. The view was perfect to open a beer at sunset. It was a bit further from the beach than we liked but you can always walk. The city is great. Never had any problems with the owner and great communication over WhatsApp. If only the mandatory cleaning fee wasn't so high it would be a perfect 5/5. Overall a very good 4.8/5

Appartement parfaitement adapté à notre petite famille et fidèle à la description. Propriétaire au TOP. Décoré avec goût ,d’une propreté irréprochable et tout équipé avec une terrasse donnant sur le golfe de CALVI, situé à 15 minutes à pied de la Citadelle. Le calme y règne. Tout était réuni pour rendre notre séjour très agréable.

Très bel Appartement décoré avec goût et vue sur la mer et montagne, juste magnifique!!! Très fonctionnel, vous avez juste à poser vos valises. Je recommande les yeux fermés.

Dans une petite résidence appartement RDC surélevé propre calme grande terrasse vue sur la baie de Calvi et montagnes à 5’ en voiture 25’ à pied (ça grimpe) nous recommandons vivement cette location !!

L'accueil par Aurélie fut tout simplement très agréable et professionnel(avec le masque). Nous avons pu avoir le logement plus tôt qu'on espérait. L'appartement est parfait. Très bien agencé, fonctionnel. Il a tout ce qu'il faut pour des vacances réussies. Le plus important selon moi : il est très propre. Le gros plus de cet appartement est la vue magnifique sur la baie de Calvi. Il est situé à l'écart de la ville : idéal pour nous qui n'aimons pas le centre ville. Très calme. En bref, allez-y les yeux fermés vous ne serez pas déçu.

Sehr schöne Wohnung (passend für 2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder). Tolle Lage, Strand fußläufig etwas weiter, dafür wird man mit dem tollen Blick über die Bucht Calvis entschädigt. Gut ausgestattete Küche und Essbereich. Alles in Allem sehr zu empfehlen.

Appartement récent,moderne, propre, spacieux. Vue exceptionnelle sur la baie de Calvi, environnement très calme dans les hauteurs et proche du centre (environ 2km). Propriétaire très réactive en cas de besoin. Pour l'accès a l'appartement il est préférable d'avoir un vehicule pas trop bas de caisse car il y'a un dos d'ane assez haut. En conclusion, très beau séjour, je recommande cet appartement.

Es handelt sich um eine schöne, moderne Wohnung mit einem fantastischen Ausblick auf die Bucht von Calvi. Den Blick bezahlt man mit einer gewissen Abgeschiedenheit, die ein Fahrzeug, das auch steile Schlaglochpisten locker nimmt, unverzichtbar macht. Die Beschreibung der Wohnung ist korrekt, die Ausrüstung komplett, die Vermieterin stets ansprechbar. Jetzt sollte noch die vor der Terrasse laut rauschende Wasserleitung unter Tage verlegt werden und es müsste SAT-TV geben - dann wäre der Urlaub perfekt.
