However, please note that heating is not available in all rooms.

On the lower ground floor, you'll find two rooms, each with two beds (90 cm, 190 cm length), air conditioning, and forced-air heating. There's also one room with a French bed (150 cm, 190 cm length) and a separate WC. Additionally, there's another room with two beds (90 cm, 190 cm length) and a bath/WC on this level.
