The health and safety of our guests are a priority. In light of the Covid-19 outbreak, we would like to share with you the enhanced cleaning and precautionary measures that we have instituted at our villa.

Through our feral cleaning process, common surfaces such as tables, light switches, entertainment screens, TV, and Aircon remotes are cleaned with disinfectant spray and wipes. The change of all pillow covers, bedsheets, and blankets after checkout is already our standard. The Air Condition systems are being disinfected on a weekly basis as well after guests check out. Free Handwash Spender and Instant Hand Sanitizer are placed in all bathrooms and kitchens.

If you are worried to stay in a large hotel with a lot of guests, a private villa is the best alternative. To be clear we are not jumping on these scare tactics and hysteria going around. We believe in a smart way of prevention and how an individual can protect themselves.

Agueda is a new modern apartment in El Mirador building in Calpe center, offers wonderful views of Calpe high buildings and its beaches, a large community swimming pool with a paddle tennis court, also a private parking place in the shade.

This second-line apartment is very close to all amenities and to Calpe old center, within walking distance to all of them. It is a good choice for families wanting to be close to this popular beach resort and who do not necessarily want to use the car.
