Not only it is wonderful property with villa and surrounding olive garden, 7000 of them, it offers a wonderful family history to navigate. The owner and his dad spent 40 years build and renovate this property. It has all the details to perfection. The ancestor of the family moved to Italy in 1216. We, both me and my husband loved our stay. "

"A totally off the beaten path mountaintop retreat in a quaint village. The surrounding area is quite stunning. Nothing but lush agriculture and nature on very steep hills with views. There is a rustic ristorante in town with pretty good if not gourmet food, inexpensive beer and wine and plenty of good cheer from the other guests of all ages. If you are up for something different, make the slow windy drive here and you should be delighted."
